Please print your tickets at home or leverage the confirmation emails or texts that your receive from our ticketing partner, Xorbia. If you need assistance with your tickets, we will have a digital record of your purchase in the Welcome Center or at the Tasting Tents when you arrive to pick up your tickets. Please bring a Photo ID.
3-Day Pass and Day Pass holders should use the scheduling function via our ticketing partner, Xorbia, to have access to your itinerary for the weekend. Volunteers and Greeters will have a guest list at the Welcome Desk of every event and at the door of every class.

Parking at the Festival
Parking is available throughout Midtown:
- 10 Tenth Street (10th & West Peachtree Street). Enter off West Peachtree.
- 11th & Juniper Street. Enter off 11th Street.
- Loews Atlanta Hotel Self-parking (11th & Peachtree Street). Enter off 11th Street
- If using a car service please instruct driver to drop-off and pick-up at the Monroe Entrance of Piedmont Park.
Guests are also strongly encouraged to take MARTA to the Festival.
The Midtown Station is just three blocks from the hotel and Welcome Center. Take the Red or Gold line and depart at the Midtown station, exit on the north side of 10th Street, turn right and continue one block east to Peachtree Street, turn left and continue two blocks north to 1075 Peachtree Street to pick up your Festival credential. You can visit www.itsmarta.com to plan your trip.
Guests who purchase Tasting Tent, Day or 3-Day passes must pick up their credentials at the Festival Welcome Center beginning Thursday, June 1. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Guests who purchase tickets to a Dinner or Event will be on the “will call” list at the event venue.
The Welcome Center (1075 Peachtree St.) will be open daily beginning Thursday,

The 2017 Tasting Tents will be in the Greensward area of Piedmont Park.

No one under the age of 21, including children in strollers or carriers, will be admitted. Pets are not allowed at any events.
Please bring a valid Photo ID.
There is no enforced dress code; however, we do ask you to dress in keeping with the nature of the event. Shorts and t-shirts are not considered appropriate attire for evening events. Please also note that some events such as the Tasting Tents are outdoors. Please check the weather and dress appropriately. Events not taking place at the Loews Hotel are planned to be within walking distance. Please wear shoes you are comfortable walking in and for grassy areas.
Rain or Shine Event
Events will not be cancelled for rain or bad weather. This is a rain or shine event. The classes are located inside at the Loews and the Tasting Tents are covered spaces.
