During the course of the weekend, the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival hosts more than 90 cooking, grilling and cocktail demonstrations, technique labs, and wine, spirit and craft beer tasting seminars ranging in size from 20 – 100 people.

To minimize waste and maximize the guest experience, class reservations are strongly encouraged. Guests with reservations are seated first, all others are seated based on space availability.

The Festival is not able to expand classes past capacity in order to comply with capacity guidelines set by the Fire Marshall and to not compromise guest experiences – if a class goes over capacity, there isn’t enough seating, food or drink for all extra guests, etc.

Class reservations can be made through the reservation site at the time tickets are purchased, or after.
The deadline to select or change classes is Tuesday, May 26.

Guests arriving more than 5 minutes after the class starts will forfeit their reservation and be seated only as space allows.
