Drawing from a childhood of family dinners, Caleb Fischer incorporates a variety of techniques in his style of cooking. Heavily focused on butchering, as well as baking, there is little that does not interest Caleb in the kitchen. This diverse passion and drive, has helped to expand his knowledge and his reach in the culinary community in the South.
In 2015, Caleb became Chef de Cuisine at Acre, in Auburn, Alabama. In 2016, he was named “Chef of the Year” by the Alabama Restaurant and Hospitality Alliance. A continued love for Southern heritage and cuisine continues to guide Chef Caleb in the future of his career.
