Scott Rains is Executive Chef and Co-owner of Table 28 in Little Rock, AK. Food has always been the center focal point in his life as if his love and passion for cooking had been naturally injected into his blood stream.
In 1990, he was a California Culinary Graduate in San Francisco. Following graduation, he had the privilege to work in two different Micheline-star restaurants, Meadow Wood Resort and Le Folie and also had the honor to train and work with master pastry chefs Bo Friberge and Doug Baseigio. Scott was Chef at Cafe Tiramisu for 10 years, a must destination in San Francisco, before moving to Arkansas where he created his newest concept, Table 28.
