Kadi Waller discovered her love for sweets at a young age. Upon entering culinary school at the Art Institute of Atlanta, her interests shifted to chocolate and confections. After graduating Cum Laude in 2012, she decided that she wanted to work with the best chocolate Atlanta had to offer. Having been named one of the best chocolate companies in america, Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Company was “The One.” Kadi had found inspiration in the amazing groundwork founder Kristen Hard had set forth in bringing artisanally hand-crafted, bean to bar chocolate to Atlanta before anyone else. Kadi worked with Cacao for one year and left to round out her skill set at The Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead. Following a successful two and a half years, Kadi was ready to refocus completely on chocolate and joined Cacao again in May of 2016, as Production Head. Kadi honed her craft in the fast-paced kitchens of restaurants and applies it to her passion for chocolate.
