LaShawn Douglas is a Commodity Manager for Inflight Services for Delta Air Lines, one of the world’s largest airlines. Originally from Rock Hill, SC, she moved to Atlanta to attain her B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. LaShawn manages Delta’s snack and food categories for domestic and international flights as well as sky clubs, actively managing over $100M in spend. LaShawn manages Delta’s supplier relationships, monitors supplier performance, and executes all food related contracts. Last year LaShawn took on the role as Supplier Diversity Champion and Advocate of the Year, promoting women, minority and small owned businesses.
