Tiffanie Barriere has overseen and operated the award-winning beverage program at One Flew South in the “busiest airport in the world.” One Flew South has been hailed as one of the best airport bars by press outlets such as Esquire, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and more. Her cocktail program showcased a modern and Southern approach to classic, prohibition-era cocktails, created using fresh ingredients and quality liquors. Tiffanie’s commitment to service and customer’s unique drinking experience provides an unforgettable experience for all. Tiffanie is an active member of Atlanta’s dynamic cocktail scene and is often known by her nickname “The Drinking Coach” due to her passion for and knowledge of spirits and their history. Previous secretary of the Atlanta chapter of the United States Bartender’s Guild, a member of the Southern Foodways Alliance, and frequently in cocktail challenges she’s become jet set for new projects in Mobile with Duane Nutter and Avion Tequila.
