Keith Frentz was born and raised in Covington, LA. Nealy Frentz was born and raised in southern California, then moved to Ocean Springs, MS. Both are Johnson & Wales graduates and former chefs of Brennan’s in New Orleans. After Katrina they evacuated to Covington and in 2006 they opened their own restaurant, Lola, which is housed in the historic downtown train depot and has been in business for 11 years.
