Jim Domanic began his career at Blackberry Farm in 2014 managing the Retail, Wholesale, Production and Distribution segments of the business. All of their Farmstead products are handcrafted on the property or sourced from Southern Artisans and Farmers who share their passion for quality and flavor. They have a great appreciation for how food should be handled, produced and preserved and Jim works directly with the Cheese Maker, Butcher and Preservationist to ensure that standard in everything that they make.
Prior to joining Blackberry Farm, Jim worked for Ruby Tuesday Restaurants holding positions including Regional Director of over 80 restaurants, Director of Domestic and International Franchise Operations and VP of Training and Development. He grew up in the restaurant business beginning with stocking soda machines and sweeping parking lots when he was 10 years old at his family’s businesses along the Jersey Shore. Jim currently live in Knoxville, TN with his wife Jen, daughter Avery and puppy Rosie.
