Todd Thrasher is a mixologist, bartender, Sommelier and operator of some of the best bar programs in the Washington, DC area. His attention goes to sourcing the best ingredients and with ample inspiration from music and world travels. Thrasher has built a reputation for making things taste good at his award-winning bar programs all over DC and Northern Virginia. For over a decade, Thrasher has honed his talent for both impeccable classics and innovative drinks at establishments such as Cafe Atlantico, Restaurant Eve, Bar PX, and Society Fair. He has been recognized by The New York Times, Food & Wine Magazine, Eater, and many more. Thrasher will soon open his rum distillery, Potomac Distilling Co, at The Wharf by the southwest waterfront in Washington, DC in 2017.
