From family-style meals to the use of peppers and other spices, there is a hint of India and Portugal in every Southerner’s dining experience. These flavors will be more evident as two chefs with Portuguese and Indian roots team up with a creative mixologist to produce a spice-route inspired meal with cocktail and wine pairings.
