Julie Dalton, CWE

Wine rescued Julie Dalton from the biotech industry in 2006, when she decided to help a friend open a tapas and wine bistro outside of Baltimore, MD. The rest is history. Dalton has had positions on the supplier side with Terry Theise and has worked for prestigious chefs including Michael Mina and Bryan Voltaggio. She is currently with the Landry’s Corporation in Houston, TX, working at their flagship steakhouse – Mastro’s. This will be Dalton’s sixth Atlanta Food & Wine Festival.
