John Castellucci

Inspired to cook from an early age, John Castellucci received his culinary education from the Culinary Institute of America, and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Following his studies, Castellucci pursued formal culinary training in kitchens across the world including RN74 in San Francisco, WD50 in NYC and Michelin-starred restaurant Arzak in San Sebastian, Spain. Since returning to Atlanta, Castellucci has operated as the culinary arm of his family’s business, Castellucci Hospitality Group, working in kitchens across restaurants and conceptualizing the Basque-inspired menu at Cooks & Soldiers and most recently traditional Spanish tapas menu at Bar Mercado.
