Olivia Wilson

Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Olivia grew up in the kitchen and in the garden. With a background of working in classic French kitchens she made her way to the small buzzing city of Richmond, VA. Olivia met Chef/Owner Brittanny Anderson of Metzger Bar and Butchery where she went on to create the pastry program. She then partnered with Anderson and four others to open the alpine inspired Brenner Pass and connecting cafe, Chairlift. Becoming an owner gave her the opportunity to create a pastry and bread program thats truly her own.
