Chef Phillip began cooking in Charleston sc at Rosebank Farms Cafe. He moved up the ranks and eventually found himself at the Hominy Grill. He then became banquet chef at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL. After stints in New Orleans and New York, he became Executive Chef for Google in Atlanta. He left Google and revamped the local and specialty program for FreshPoint. He currently serves as sales manager and chef consultant for Farm’d, which is an online platform that connects local farms to chefs in Atlanta and He is the Event Chef for the Big Green Egg
