Richard and Carrie Knight
Richard Knight is a James Beard nominated chef from England. He has been in the U.S. for over 20 years. Knight is known as the “godfather of nose to tail dining” in Houston. Carrie Knight is a fourth generation native Houstonian. She has a background in theater that led her to the front of house service industry. She loves a fast paced environment. As a husband and wife team, the Knights have turned dining on its head, leading sold out “Table to Farm” style pop up dinners across the state where farmers have an opportunity to educate people on food while they dine on a menu sourced from that farm. Richard and Carrie Knight were picked up by their filmmaker friends at Bear Hands Media to team up on creating a series. Life has been chaos, in the best way, ever since.
