Scott Baker is a Certified Mixologist and is the Mixologist and Bar Manager of Tusk & Trotter American Brasserie in Bentonville, AR. In the nearly 6 years with Tusk & Trotter, Scott has built a great reputation and loyal following with his signature drinks and house‐infused liquors (over 35 annually depending on produce availability). He and chef/owner Rob Nelson have become creative partners in menu and drink pairing development, working side by side to leverage each other’s work to craft the best culinary experience for the customer. Scott is excited to now be listed on 2016 Rathbuns’ Watchlist for Mixologist. As for what’s next, Scott is in growth mode at Tusk & Trotter. He is continually learning and practicing to expand and develop his beverage knowledge and skills. He is currently studying for the Sommelier exam, which he aims to take in the next year. Certified Cicerone is on the list of his future ambitions as well.
