Lisa Odom is the Executive Chef of Succotash in Maryland’s National Harbor. A native of Piscataway, NJ, Odom graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and has honed her culinary skills in kitchens across the nation, from Contemporary Catering in Kauai, HI, to Cafe Boulud in South Florida, to Almond in Bridgehampton, NY.
In 2015, Odom moved to Washington, DC, to help open Succotash National Harbor. This was Michael Reginbogin and Jason Berry’s first restaurant in the area, under their company KNEAD Hospitality + Design. At Succotash, Odom works alongside Culinary Director Edward Lee to execute his Southern-inspired recipes with Korean influences.
