Dan Latham
Farm Burger
A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Latham sharpened his culinary skills working alongside some of the city's top chefs, while also moonlighting in the kitchens of some of The Food Network’s most notable programs. A native of Oxford, Miss., Latham returned to the South to open L&M Kitchen in his hometown where he quickly became a fixture in the ever-expanding southern food scene. His restaurant was named one of the “best farm-to-table restaurants in the South” by Gourmet Magazine, and he’s been nominated for Best Chef South by the James Beard Foundation. Most recently, Latham created the Culinary Guide Shop based in Atlanta, Ga. where he has provided restaurant consulting for a number of groups including Jim & Nick’s BBQ, Blackberry Farm, Burger Up and now Farm Burger.
