The Alden (definition: old friend or friend to all) is inspired by its meaning, the convivial feeling of being amongst old friends, and by Owner/Executive Chef Jared Hucks’ culinary career and global exploration while working at some of the top restaurants in the world. Dining at The Alden is like taking that culinary journey where you will experience delicious dishes utilizing new techniques and seasonal ingredients presented with extraordinary care, in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu, which is created daily to celebrate local, seasonal ingredients, is comprised of shareable dishes that are crafted to satisfy and excite. They are meant to be shared and enjoyed with your table companions and elicit a conversation. Chef Jared crafted the dining experience at The Alden to serve as a respite from the complexities of everyday life. His and his teams’ efforts were recognized, as they were recently named a Michelin Guide Recommended Restaurant. Our ever-changing wine list is not only approachable, it is fashioned to complement and elevate our food.
