Chef Nahm Stamm, is an entrepreneur and Thai cuisine expert who has dedicated her life to
showcasing her culture through everything she touches from culinary to guiding others in the
industry.
Her journey began in Thailand, where she learned to cook traditional Thai dishes from her mother
and grandmother. With a deep appreciation for the flavors and techniques that went into each dish,
she pursued her passion and honed her skills as an apprentice at the Four Seasons in Thailand. Chef
Nahm Stamm was mentored by a chef who taught her the techniques to open up a culinary
destination. From there, she honed her skills and eventually opened Nahm Fine Thai Cuisine in
Alpharetta in 2006, where she has built a reputation for elevating the dishes in an artistic way that
are not only delicious but also carry the stories and experiences of her Thai heritage. Over time, her
business grew, and she invited her sister to join her team to build a strong hospitality brand. Nahm
values excellence, respect for all lives, and making a positive impact on society. Her experiences
have inspired and influenced her commitment to diversity and sustainability, making her a true
inspiration to those around her.
