Growing up just outside of Atlanta, seasoned chef Robbie Pacheco has always had a deep love for food. His passion for culinary arts began with his interest in global spices and the intricate art of plating to highlight each dish's texture, taste, and diversity. Following culinary school, Chef Robbie began his extensive culinary career which over the years has included esteemed positions at Brewed to Serve, Country Club of the South, Porsche’s Restaurant 356, Cardamom Hill, and more. Chef Robbie also offers his talents as a restaurant consultant with independent restaurants. Most recently, with Auburn Angel, which just opened on historic Auburn Avenue in April 2024, Chef Robbie aims to breathe new life into a building that holds deep historical significance. Drawing inspiration from flavors he has worked with throughout his tenure, including continental, Chinese, Southern Indian, global spices, and more, Chef Robbie’s menu at Auburn Angel will mirror the melting pot of cultures found in Atlanta as well as his travels around the country and globe.
