Chef Walter has been working hard as a Filipino Food ambassador and the Chef/Owner of Estrellita to create a "no frills" easy approach to his mom's recipes that originated in the region of Pampanga. Recently awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, he and his partner Hope Webb divide their time between expanding their business, and laying a foundation for Filipino food in the South.
