Wil has cooked over the years in spaces ranging from fine dining, casual burger joints, medical treatment facilities, and pop-ups that drew crowds to his specialty creations in Birmingham, AL. Hero, part of the Pihakis Restaurant Group features doughnuts, burgers and the now-famous Super Crunch Chicken Sandwich at Hero outposts in Birmingham, Atlanta, Charleston and very soon, Nashville.
