356-kyle-forsonRestaurant 356 executive chef Kyle Forson, has a deep respect and reverence for quality ingredients and from-scratch cooking that can be traced back to his childhood. His European roots fused with a passion to completely immerse himself in his craft has developed a unique ingenuity that defines his style. The restaurant is a refined experience inspired by Chef Kyle’s time spent throughout New York and Atlanta.

Chef will focus on carefully hand-crafted, innovative dishes that let the quality of the seasonal ingredients shine through. While guests can expect to see influences from his Polish heritage and experiences with French, Californian, and Southern fine-dining appear occasionally, no one type of cuisine will dominate. Foraged ingredients such as green garlic or ramps may be incorporated. “If we use blue cheese, I want to have met the goat that gave the milk for it,” says Kyle. “I want guests to experience food that distills the Porsche brand and fuses it with a sense of place.”
