Gina Hopkins is CEO and co-founder of Resurgens Hospitality Group, with her husband, chef Linton Hopkins. In 2004, the couple opened renowned Restaurant Eugene, the flagship restaurant in their group, which has grown to include Holeman and Finch Public House, the Café at Linton’s at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and H&F Bottle Shop. Their H&F Burger concept has three outposts at Turner Field, the home of the Atlanta Braves and one at Ponce City Market alongside Hop’s Chicken, their latest venture.

Gina is a certified sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers and has had the honor of serving twice as guest sommelier at the James Beard House to benefit the James Beard Foundation. She co-founded the Peachtree Road Farmer’s Market, which has grown to become one of the cities’ largest farmers’ markets. She has served as both President of the Board of Directors for Georgia Organics and was the founder and Board President of Wholesome Wave Georgia.

Gina, with chef Hopkins, celebrates the rich bounty of Georgia agriculture every day by using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients possible, prepared in a way that highlights and celebrates local cuisine and its history.
